who we are

About Us

Zion Aged Care & Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider in Western Australia, founded and led by a team of experienced health professionals with extensive backgrounds in nursing and allied health.

Our leadership team brings a broad range of clinical expertise across multiple areas, including disability support, mental health and neuro-muscular therapy, perioperative care, intensive care, and aged care. This strong clinical foundation enables us to deliver safe, high-quality, and evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of every participant.

At Zion, we believe that understanding the individual is at the heart of effective support. Our professionals take the time to engage directly with participants, as well as their families and regular caregivers. This collaborative approach allows us to see each person beyond their condition—understanding their goals, preferences, and aspirations.

As a registered NDIS provider, we are committed to delivering a wide range of personalised supports and therapeutic services designed to empower individuals with disabilities. Our focus is on promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and providing participants with genuine choice and control.

By taking this personalised approach, we develop tailored support plans that are meaningful, practical, and aligned with each participant’s NDIS goals.
